Once the account team provides a Communication Intake Request Form, your Consultant will begin gathering data on your organization, including a thorough needs assessment to obtain a full picture of the client's demographics, communication mediums and capabilities, and benefit plan offerings.
Using this data, the Consultant will formulate a strategy focused on key audiences and issues, your organization’s objectives, where and when to direct your messaging, and leveraging the appropriate blend of media.
After development of the plan, the Consultant will present it to your organization and the Account Team as needed and work with the Account Team to implement the revised strategy.
Also, the Consultant will review outcomes of your employees’ behavior as a means of gauging results and will modify the approach as necessary to reach your desired goals.
